Finance, voice, and what lives between them.
Diomarys is a bilingual creative with 10+ years in leading organizations across the arts, global advertising, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector. Artist. Consultant. Movement Practitioner. She came up through opera, dance, and acting. She believes in the transformative power of creative expression, community, story, and imagination, and she works to help build a freer, more equitable world.
In 2019 she stepped away from interpreting classical works to find her own voice. She released Will Rise in 2020, then spent five years in finance working in global advertising and hospitality.
Growing up between cultures, beliefs, and languages taught her early that there is more than one way to live. She is committed to creative community spaces and small businesses making work for the greater good. Through art, freelance work, and volunteerism, she tries to make choices that leave something better behind.
She is training as a comprehensive Pilates teacher and hopes to open her own wellness studio in the coming years. Her Substack, Aluna: On the Sazón of Living, holds her creative writing and essays, and the closest view of how she thinks.
When she isn’t creating or working, she’s in the kitchen trying a new recipe, traveling the world, halfway through a good book, learning another language, or spending time with the people she loves.

Finance as care.
Numbers are a love language when you use them to protect someone’s practice. She treats a P&L like a self-portrait.
Embodied tenderness.
The body is the first instrument. Devotion starts there, not in a spreadsheet, not in a brand deck.
Bilingual fluency.
English and Spanish, but also finance and feeling, strategy and softness. Holding both keeps the work honest.

Opera
Vocal Performance at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, then principal soprano with Citywide Youth Opera. In 2019 she took part in the Lunigiana International Music Festival in Italy, then stepped away to write her own music.
Music
Songwriting and production. Sound as the undercurrent of everything she makes.
Dance
Years in the studio, where she graduated from student to assistant teacher, assisting Yvonne Curry in tap dance.
Acting
Drama and theatre at the Scott Acting Conservatory, as a protégé of Thurman E. Scott. It gave her a creative foundation and an understanding of character she brings to all her work, and it led to a short film.

Four years in finance at Wieden+Kennedy, promoted three times along the way. Accelerated month-end close by 35%.

At Hadassah, she moves resources toward the work that matters, focused on health equity and women's rights.
