I.   About Diomarys

Finance, voice, and what lives between them.

Diomarys is a bilingual creative with eight years of experience across global advertising, hospitality, and the nonprofit sector, including roles inside some of the leading organizations in those fields. Singer. Writer. Consultant. Analyst. Practitioner. She came up through opera, dance, and acting. Which is to say: the body was her first instrument, and tending was her first form of love.

A first-generation, bilingual (Spanish / English) creative with a business background, she is located in the New York Metro area. She consults with small businesses and creative communities on finance, operations, and business strategy, and builds with emerging tools when the work calls for it.

She is pursuing her Pilates teacher certification, and hopes to open her own studio in the coming years. Her Substack, Aluna: On the Sazón of Living, is open: creative writing and essays, and the closest view of how she thinks.

II.   What she believes

Five things she believes.

01

Embodied tenderness.

The body is the first instrument. Devotion starts there, not in a spreadsheet, not in a brand deck.

02

Seasonal thinking.

Not every quarter is a sprint. She plans by season: what is ripening, what is resting. The work gets better for it.

03

Cyclical time.

Return, not ascent. Practices compound when you let yourself come back to them without shame.

04

Bilingual fluency.

English and Spanish, but also finance and feeling, strategy and softness. Holding both keeps the work honest.

05

Finance as care.

Numbers are a love language when you use them to protect someone’s practice. She treats a P&L like a self-portrait.
